Associate or Locum Dentist - Mixed Practice, Rayleigh (Essex) Near Rayleigh, EssexWe are seeking an Associate or Locum Dentist to join a highly reputable, modern, mixed practice near Rayleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking for flexibility, stability, and strong clinical support, alongside outstanding private earning potential.
Permanent Associate Role:
Locum Dentist Role:
- 3 days per week - Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays
- Up to £14 per UDA (D.O.E.)
- 1,000 UDAs per working day annually
- 50% split on private treatments
- Exceptional private earnings in Implants, Composites, and Invisalign

- Available from August 2026
About the Practice:
- 2-4 days per week - Monday or Friday essential, other days flexible
- £450 day rate for 25-30 UDAs per day
- £17-18 per UDA for over-achievement on UDAS
- Immediate start available (ongoing until early May 2026)
- Mid-sized mixed practice - purpose-built modern clinic with strong patient footfall
- Spacious, air-conditioned surgeries - fully equipped and well maintained
- Dentally software, Rotary Endo, CBCT, iTero, OPG and Apex Locator
- Longstanding, supportive team including experienced Nurses and Clinicians
- Longstanding and exceptional Practice Manager
- Mixed practice with both Fee-Per-Item and Plan private patients
