Clinical Lead Dentist (Private) - Near StowmarketTake the next step in your career as a Clinical Lead Dentist at a prestigious clinic near Stowmarket. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Dentist with expertise in Composite Bonding, a passion for providing clinical support amongst your peers, and interest in contributing to practice growth and business development from a clinical perspective.
With a fully managed diary, robust TCO and marketing support generating substantial Consults and Patient Leads, and a highly experienced practice team, this is the perfect setting for professional and leadership growth.
About the Position:
Duties Include:
- Part-Time/Full-Time role available - 3-5 days per week, Monday to Friday
- 45% private income split
- 50% split on lab fees
- Full diary managed - Regular patient demand, stable diaries, Consults generated on your behalf
- Clinical lead responsibilities in team support and business input
- Must be confident in Composite Bonding procedures and willing to offer these services
- Predominantly day-to-day general private Dentistry, with adhoc Clinical Lead duties as they arise
- High uptake of Aesthetic/Cosmetic Dentistry within practice
- ASAP start available
About the Practice:
- Predominantly general dentistry day-to-day - Private Only (Can offer UDA's should you wish, but NOT essential)
- Composite bonding skillset (Essential)
- Clinical Lead duties are reactive, supporting clinicians, complaints handling, and strategic input
- Implantology welcome for simple single cases and Restorative work (Not Essential)
- Mixed reputable practice with exceptional private update
- Modern practice with boutique high-end aesthetic
- Digital workflow including Dentally, digital scanners, and more
- High patient footfall throughout the practice - continual demand for treatment
- Experienced Practice Manager, multitude of skillsets within the clinical team and visiting Specialists
- Convenient location with great public transport links nearby
