Job description
An exciting role for a Clinical Pharmacist is currently open at an acclaimed clinic in a dynamic town near Chelsea, London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated prescribing pharmacist to join a forward-thinking and highly regarded team.
About the Position:
- Part-Time or Full-Time - flexible working days available
- £30 per hour
- Lead on structured Inhaler & Medication reviews along with patient safety
- Partake in Script processing and Hypertension monitoring
- Ability to perform BP & BMI checks
- Scope for ongoing professional development
- Flexible start date

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Independent Prescriber (essential)
- Previous Primary Care experience
- Proficient with SystemOne
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
- Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems
