About the Position:
- £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
- Permanent position - Full-Time/Part-Time flexibility available
- Responsible for acute requests, medication reviews, prescribing
- Involves patient-facing reviews (telephone or in-person)
- Required to act on MHRA alerts and discharge summaries
- Collaborative working with GPs, nurses, and wider healthcare teams
- Flexible start available

Essential Requirements:
- CPPE - Primary Care Pharmacy education is desirable
- Must have Independent Prescribing qualification along
- System 1 experience
- Relevant Undergraduate degree in Pharmacy is required
- Previous experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in a General Practice
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
