About the Position:

- Full-Time role available
- Up to £40 per hour (D.O.E.)
- Lead on structured medication reviews and patient safety
- Work closely with senior pharmacists and clinical teams
- Scope for ongoing professional development
- Flexible start date
Ideal Candidate:
- Established GP surgery with strong reputation within the local community
- Experienced and supportive team on-site
- Patient-centered care with a focus on wellbeing
- Easy access with parking available nearby
- Independent Prescriber & CPPE qualification required
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' Pharmacy experience
- UK experience in primary care or GP setting is essential
- Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
- Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems
