Job description
An exciting role for a Clinical Pharmacist is currently open at an acclaimed clinic in Portsmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join a forward-thinking and highly regarded primary care team.
About the Position:
- Full-Time role, Hybrid working available
- Competitive salary (D.O.E.)
- Fixed term contract - 12 months
- Lead on structured medication reviews and patient safety
- Work closely with senior pharmacists and clinical teams

Ideal Candidate:
- Independent Prescriber qualification required
- UK experience in primary care or GP setting is essential
- Skilled in managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
- Sound knowledge of general practice operations and systems
