An exciting role is available for a qualified pharmacist with independent prescribing credentials. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient care within a supportive, primary care setting.
About the Position:
- Part-Time/Full-Time role available, flexibility on days
- £30 per hour (D.O.E.) - Negotiable
- Independent Prescriber qualification essential
- Conduct structured medication reviews and clinical support
- Collaborate with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary team
