Join a leading healthcare team as a Clinical Pharmacist, located in a vibrant town near Williton, Somerset.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled pharmacist to make a real difference within a forward-thinking GP setting.
About the Position:
- Part-Time/Full-Time, flexible role available
- Independent Prescriber & CPPE Pharmacist
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
- Primary care Pharmacist role available on-site
- Independent Prescriber qualification is essential for this role
- Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
- Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
- Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
- Flexible start available
About the Practice:
- Recently refurbished, well-established GP surgery near a beach
- Sole GP service provider in the area with 12,300 patients
- EMIS system used for clinical documentation and remote access
- Based near a National Park with scenic surroundings
- Friendly, experienced clinical team and approachable management
- Accessible location with relocation support available for eligible candidates
