About the Position:
- Full time locum role
- Up to £30 per hour
- Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
- Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
- Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
- Must be Gphc qualified
- Ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Community Pharmacist
- Immediate start available
