About the Position:

- Independent Prescriber qualification is desirable for this role
- Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
- Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
- Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
- Ideal candidate must be used to working in busy environments
