Join a leading GP practice as a Community Pharmacist, located in a vibrant town near Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a GP practice, benefitting from a strong relationship with the medical team and the convenience of a central location.
About the Position:
- Part-Time/Full-Time role, flexibility available
- £32 per hour
- Lucrative package available (D.O.E.)
- Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
- Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
- Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
- System One experience is essential
- Ideal candidate must have previous experience as an Community Pharmacist
- Immediate start available
