Job description
Join a leading practice as a Community Pharmacist, located in Shoreham-by-Sea.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern practice, benefitting from a strong relationship with the medical team and within a central location.
About the Position:
- Full-Time role, flexibility available
- Up to £30 per hour
- Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
- Engage in risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
- Participate in service improvement and multidisciplinary working
- Must be Gphc qualified
- Ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Community Pharmacist
- Immediate start available
