Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Consultant Urologist to join a leading private hospital in Birmingham, offering exposure to complex reconstructive urology, neuromodulation surgery, and advanced clinical technologies within a supportive, multi‑disciplinary environment. This position is ideal for a GMC‑registered Specialist Urologist seeking a flexible, high‑quality locum or contract opportunity with excellent clinical autonomy and strong professional support.
Position Overview:
- £150 per hour (DOE)
- Contract Type: Locum / Contract
- Start date is flexible
- 10 PAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and reconstructive urology cases, including neuromodulation surgery
- Lead and perform Sacral Neuromodulation procedures with autonomy
- Deliver exceptional patient‑centred clinical care
- Participate in multi‑disciplinary meetings and specialist outpatient clinics
- Undertake non‑emergency duties during premium time where required
- Contribute to clinical development, teaching, and service improvement initiatives
