Job description
Our client is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Dermatology Consultant to become part of their expanding clinical team in Gloucestershire. Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of full‑time dermatology clinics, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction across all encounters
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned to best clinical practice and service governance standards
- Provide expert second opinions and follow‑ups on complex dermatological presentations
- Engage in service reviews, contributing to quality improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Support and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to clinical decision pathways
Requirements:
- GMC registration with licence to practise
- CCT/CCST in Dermatology or recognised equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' consultant‑level experience in outpatient dermatology
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, supervisory, and clinical leadership skills
