Job description
We are seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to join a high-quality clinical service in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-supported environment with flexible scheduling and competitive rates. Suitable for consultants looking for both regular sessions and flexible locum work.
Responsibilities:
- Lead outpatient ENT clinics, delivering efficient and patient-focused consultations
- Triage and prioritise referrals to ensure timely and appropriate care
- Develop and implement individualised treatment and management plans
- Perform minor surgical procedures where clinically appropriate
- Provide guidance and second opinions on complex ENT cases
- Support service delivery by optimising clinic throughput and patient pathways
- Engage in clinical audit and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- Ensure adherence to all relevant clinical protocols and quality standards
Key Requirements:
- GMC Specialist Register (CCT, CESR, or equivalent)
- Full GMC registration with licence to practise
- Consultant-level experience in ENT
