Are you an experienced Primary Care Pharmacist or GP Surgery Pharmacist looking to take the next step in your career? Join a respected healthcare team in Oxfordshire as a Lead Clinical Pharmacist, where your skills as an Independent Prescriber will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and high-quality patient care. About the Position

Ideal Candidate
- Independent Prescriber with CPPE Pathway qualification
- Must be GPhC-registered
- At least 1 year of experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting
- Confident managing complex and vulnerable patient groups
- Strong clinical knowledge of acute and long-term conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-based environment
