Are you a surgically-minded vet looking to take the lead in a modern, well-equipped practice? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Surgical Vet to join a growing practice near Belton, Great Yarmouth, where you'll focus on surgical excellence while mentoring and supporting a skilled team.

The Role
As Lead Surgical Vet, you'll manage a varied surgical caseload and help shape the surgical standards of the practice. You'll play a key role in mentoring junior vets, contributing to clinical discussions, and improving patient outcomes.
- Take the clinical lead on soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries
- Support and guide the vet team on surgical best practices
- Work in a supportive team that values clinical progression
- Get protected time for leadership responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Strong interest or experience in soft tissue/orthopaedic surgery
- Passionate about mentoring and team development
- Certificate holder or working towards one (supported)
