Job description
An exciting opportunity for an Orthopaedic Consultant has opened up in Scotland.
This highly flexible role enables one to contribute specialist insights to GP-referred patients, manage complex casework virtually, and shape the future of outpatient care-all with the autonomy to choose preferred working hours and days.
About the Position:
About the Practice:
- £150 per hour (D.O.E.)
- Ideal candidate must be on Specialist Register
- Should be registered with the GMC with an active licence to practice
- Provide virtual orthopaedic care and clinical oversight to NHS patients
- Review referrals, guide investigations, and generate onward hospital referrals
- Create personalised management plans, including prescriptions when necessary
- Document interactions securely via dedicated digital platforms
- Flexible start date available
