PLVE / EU Dentist Mentorship - Independent Practice
Location: Near BrightonJoin us as a PLVE / EU Mentee Dentist at a supportive, independent dental practice near Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, well-established clinic with full diaries from day one, hands-on mentorship from the Principal, and excellent scope to grow your skills with strong private conversion potential.
About the Position:
- Part-Time/Full-Time role available
- £12 per UDA during mentorship (increased rate upon completion)
- 1,000 UDAs per day worked per annum
- 50% split on private treatments
- Stable diary with 90% existing patients plus steady new flow
- Mentorship directly from the Principal/Owner (experienced Trainer)
- Excellent professional development opportunities
