A well-established dental practice near Ipswich is inviting applications for a PLVE / EU Dentist.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, independent practice with a proven track record in supporting EU and PLVE dentists. With full mentorship provided and access to advanced equipment, this role offers excellent earnings, a structured path to independence, and a friendly team-driven environment.
About the Position:
- Full-Time role available
- Up to £14 per UDA (D.O.E.)
- 5,000 UDA target in year one - most exceed 8,000
- 50% private income split and lab bill share
- Two-year tie-in after mentorship period
- Strong mentorship support from on-site VT trainer
- Great opportunity to develop professionally

About the Practice:
- 5 surgery site with longstanding team and supportive culture
- Led by hands-on Principal and VT trainer on-site daily
- Digital X-rays, CBCT, CEREC, Rotary Endo, intraoral cameras
- SOE software and TVs in all surgeries for patient comfort
- High-performing, well-equipped practice soon adding 3D denture printer
- On-site Endodontist, Prosthodontist, and MaxFax Consultant
- Convenient location with good transport links nearby
