About the Position:
About the Practice:
- 5 days per week - Full-Time position
- Up to £18 per hour, (D.O.E.)
- Previous UK dental practice management experience is essential
- Oversee staff management, recruitment and daily practice operations
- Manage NHS/private targets, patient care, compliance and CQC
- Visa sponsorship available subject to eligibility and approval
- Take responsibility for KPIs, finances, stock and marketing activities
- Immediate start available
- Established 6 surgery practice offering NHS and private dentistry.
- 80% NHS and 20% private patient demographic.
- Longstanding, supportive team enjoying regular social away days.
- Advanced equipment includes CBCT, OPG and digital scanners.
- Rotary endodontics, apex locators and SOE software onsite.
