Practice Manager - Near Milton Keynes
£35,000 Base £20,000 OTE High-Growth Opportunity Immediate Start

The Role & Rewards
- Full-time, on-site position
- £40,000
- Be fully accountable for Driving revenue growth and Team performance and engagement
- Supported by an established team including Treatment Coordinators, reception, and clinicians
- Report directly into senior management
- Genuine autonomy to shape culture, performance, and commercial success
Who We're Looking For
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing KPIs
- Culture fit is key - you must align with a premium patient journey and be confident engaging with an affluent, professional clientele
