The Role:
- Up to £40,000 per annum

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day and commercial performance of the practice, including:
- Driving revenue growth and treatment conversion
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team
- Delivering an exceptional patient journey
- Managing KPIs, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Building a positive, accountable culture within the practice
- Working alongside clinicians to maximise performance and patient satisfaction
This role would suit someone who enjoys ownership, accountability, and being recognised for delivering results.
About You:About the Practice:
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a UK private dental practice
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership ability
- Confidence managing KPIs, targets, and team performance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance
- A polished and professional approach suited to a premium patient demographic
- Full right to work in the UK
