The Role:
- Up to £50,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
- Full-time, permanent role

You will take full ownership of the operational and commercial performance of the practice, including:
- Driving revenue growth and treatment conversion

- Managing KPIs, compliance, and day-to-day operations
- Building a positive and accountable team culture
- Working alongside clinicians to maximise performance and patient satisfaction

About the Practice:
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a UK private dental practice
- Strong leadership and commercial management skills
- Experience managing KPIs, targets, and team performance
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance
- A polished, professional approach suited to an affluent patient demographic
- Full right to work in the UK
- Modern multi-surgery practice with clear expansion plans
