Job description
Join a professional dental team as a Practice Manager in a thriving private clinic near Thetford, Norfolk.
The practice is seeking someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to lead day-to-day operations, ideally with a strong background in CQC compliance and rota management.
About the Position:
- Full-Time role available
- £17 - £18 per hour (D.O.E.)
- Ideally 3 years of management experience in dentistry
- Oversee daily operations, rotas, sick leave, and compliance
- CQC experience preferred but not essential
- Immediate start available for the right candidate
About the Practice:
- Fully private, independently operated clinic established 35 years ago
- Recently refurbished with modern, spacious surgeries
- 2 surgeries equipped with both left and right-handed chairs
- Experienced team including 3 Associates, 1 Hygienist, 4 Qualified Nurses
- SOE software with full digital systems and Itero scanner
- Rotary Endo machine available on site
- Friendly, supportive admin and clinical team
- On-site parking for staff and patients
