A well-established dental practice near Eastleigh, Hampshire is inviting applications for a Private Dentist.
Step into a close-knit, family-run clinic with a fully assigned patient list and a reputation for clinical excellence. This role offers the chance to take over a large, air-conditioned surgery and deliver high-quality general dentistry in a calm, affluent area.
About the Position:
About the Practice:
- Part-Time role - 3 days per week
- Full-Time option available from February 2026
- 45% private split on all treatments completed
- Fully private patient list assigned from the start
- Primarily general dentistry - additional skills welcomed

Ideal Candidate:
- Private-only surgery practice with long-standing reputation
- Good-sized, air-conditioned surgeries - largest room allocated to this role
- Trios Scanner, CBCT, new OPG machine and digital X-rays
- Currently using SOE - switching to Dentally in January (training provided)
- Supportive team with members in place for 50 years
- Strong Google reviews and established patient trust
- Convenient location with great transport links nearby
- Free on-site parking available
- Excellent communicator with a confident, clear manner
- Comfortable with high-expectation, predominantly older patients
- Professional, patient-focused and ready to integrate into a team
