Job description
We are seeking a full-time Psychologist to join an established adult mental health service in Birmingham, working within a supportive, well structured multidisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Chartered Psychologist with current HCPC registration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group interventions using CBT, DBT-informed therapy, ACT, and Schema Therapy.
- Complete psychological assessments and produce high-quality, timely psychological reports.
- Contribute to care planning and risk management within the MDT.
- Participate in clinical reviews, handovers, and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Support service development, audit, and quality improvement where appropriate.
