Job description
Are you a committed GP looking for a rewarding role in a forward-thinking, patient-centred practice? Our client is a well-established GMS practice in South Yorkshire, caring for a registered list of around 6,300 patients and delivering high-quality, team-based care.
You will join a progressive and supportive team comprising three Partners, two ANPs, two Practice Nurses, and two HCAs, backed by a highly organised administrative team. The practice also benefits from an integrated multidisciplinary network, including a Social Prescriber, Nurse Associate, Diabetic Dietitian, Physiotherapists, and Clinical Pharmacists. This collaborative environment promotes shared learning, continuity of care, and reduced workload pressures, ensuring GPs can focus on clinical excellence.
