Job description
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join a friendly, well-established team in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, just 35 miles from Inverness. The practice operates from a purpose-built, modern health centre with spacious consulting rooms and on-site NHS Highland community services. The close-knit team also supports two nearby community hospitals, participating in weekly ward rounds alongside an experienced geriatrician. The culture is supportive, sociable, and collaborative, fostering professional satisfaction and personal wellbeing in equal measure.
Key Details:
- £11,500 per session (DOE)
- 6-8 per week, flexible working days available
- 4 partner GPs supported by ANPs, practice nurses, HCA, and experienced admin staff
- Vision, Docman, Lexacom
- 15-minute appointment slots with allocated admin time
- Low home visits
- Duty doctor role supported by skilled ANPs
- Option to contribute to community hospital ward care
- Out of Hours none required
Ideal Candidate:
- GMC Registered with a full licence to practise
