Job description
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and compassionate GP to join a dynamic, well-established practice in the historic city of Winchester. With a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional development, this surgery is an ideal environment for newly qualified GPs as well as more experienced practitioners seeking a progressive, team-oriented setting. The practice is proud of its educational ethos and commitment to clinical excellence. The team includes GP Trainers, a GP Retainer, and a diverse mix of professionals dedicated to collaborative, high-quality patient care. You'll be working alongside, 7 GPs, 1 GP Retainer, 4 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate.
To ease workload and streamline processes, the practice benefits from the support of Clinical Pharmacists, who manage tasks such as prescription sign-offs. There is also a strong culture of continuous learning, with regular in-house CPD sessions often delivered over lunch helping foster a friendly and collegiate atmosphere.
