The Role
As a Senior RVN, you'll help lead the nursing team alongside the Head Nurse and Practice Manager. Your duties will span clinical work, mentoring junior staff, and assisting with practice operations.
You'll enjoy:
- A varied caseload across theatre, inpatient care, and consults
- Supporting junior nurses and student development
- Involvement in shaping nursing protocols and standards
