Veterinary Surgeon - near Havant, Hampshire
We are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join a well-established team near Havant. You will be joining a team consisting of 2 full time vets, 4 RVNs, 1 VCA, 1 RVN practice owner and 4 receptionists.The practice was opened in 2016 and currently has an active client base of approximately 3000, with a good surgical load. We are therefore looking for a veterinary surgeon with both excellent consulting skills and is experienced and looking for a role allowing more surgical days.
The role offers
- No OOH and no on call.
- We value our team's work and home life balance so offer
- 1 weekday off per week.
- The full years rota planned in advance.
- Currently closed on Sundays (with no plans to reopen Sundays).
- Vast majority of lunch hours and work day finished on time.
- At least 3 mornings of surgery every week.
- A combination of 15 minute and 30 minute appointments.
- An active patient base that is split 67% canine, 27% feline and less than 6% rabbit and exotic.
- Regular vet meetings.
- Admin time throughout the day.
