Associate Dentist- NHS Stability with Exceptional Private GrowthNear Birchwood, WarringtonWe are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a highly regarded, digitally advanced dental practice near Birchwood, Warrington.

About the Position (Permanent):
Private Potential and Support:
- Full or Part-Time - 3-5 days per week(Monday to Friday available)
- £13 per UDA(dependent on experience)
- 1,000 UDAS per working day per annum
- Inherit a stable, well-maintained patient list
- 45% split on private treatments
- High private demand - up to 200 new patients registering at the practice per month
- Opportunities for mentorship and shadowingin Implants and Oral Surgery
- Excellent opportunity for ongoing professional development
- Immediate start available
About the Practice:
- Comprehensive support and training in upselling techniques
- Financial incentives for support staff to aid in treatment promotion
- Active development of both internal and external referral pathways
- High monthly budget allocated for advertising and marketing of special interest areas of Dentistry - Allocated Marketing Manager
- Circa 180 - 200 New Private patients per month overall at the practice
- Demonstrated earnings of up to £35,000/month (part-time) within their sister practice locally
- Happy to demonstrate the above, and successes of this during interview
- Mixed, family run practice - beautiful modern practice aesthetic - Independent
- Fully digital setup with Dentally software, Rotary Endodontics, Itero Scanner and Digital X-rays
- Substantial investment in materials and equipment to provide high-quality Dentistry
- Community engagement through charity events and family-oriented activities
- Strong learning culture within practice, regular training sessions and CPD opportunities
- High demand for Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Invisalign, and Implants
- Dedicated Treatment Coordinators and Hygienist support
