Job description
Join a modern diagnostic imaging service in Exeter as a General Sonographer, providing high-quality ultrasound services within a supportive outpatient clinic environment. You will work alongside experienced clinicians using advanced ultrasound systems to deliver accurate and patient-focused diagnostic imaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, and small parts scans
- Produce accurate diagnostic reports and maintain high clinical standards
- Work collaboratively with consultants, GPs, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and excellent clinical care during examinations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and imaging records
- Follow clinical governance, compliance, and best-practice ultrasound protocols
