About the Position:
- Locum role available
- Up to £35 per hour (D.O.E.)
- Provide medicines management and structured medication reviews
- Lead on risk management, audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary working
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of all pharmacy services
