Join a leading healthcare team as a Locum Pharmacist (Band 8), located in Guildford.
An exciting role is available for a qualified pharmacist with independent prescribing credentials. This role offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to patient care within a supportive, secondary care setting.
About the Position:
- Locum role available
- £33 per hour (D.O.E.)
- Conduct structured medication reviews and clinical support
- Collaborate with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary team
- Immediate start available

Ideal Candidate:
- Independent Prescriber & CPPE qualification essential
- Must be registered with GPhC
- Previous experience in Secondary care is essential
- Confident managing vulnerable patient groups
- Essential knowledge of common acute and long-term conditions
- Comfortable in a busy, outcomes-driven environment
- Excellent clinical communication and collaboration skills
