Job description
We have ongoing opportunities for GPs to work across Out of Hours and Clinical Assessment Services in Hull. The role offers a varied caseload covering remote assessment, urgent consultations and care navigation.

Position details:
- Provide clinical advice through telephone triage
- Assess and treat patients during onsite sessions
- Manage minor illness and urgent primary care presentations
- Arrange prescriptions, referrals and follow-up care
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary services
