Job description

The Role
- Ad hoc locum position offering flexibility
- 10-hour shifts
- £35-£40 per hour DOE
- Flexible start date to suit your availability
- Take the lead on structured medication reviews and contribute to patient safety initiatives
- Collaborate closely with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary clinical teams

About You
- Qualified Independent Prescriber with CPPE certification
- At least 1 year of UK pharmacy experience
- Confident managing complex and vulnerable patient populations
- Proficient in System One
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Good understanding of general practice systems and workflows
