Job description
We are seeking an experienced Prison Cleared GP to join a secure healthcare team at Altcourse. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver primary care within a structured prison environment, supporting patients with a wide range of physical and mental health needs.
Key Details:
- £100 per hour
- 3 days per week
- Varied primary care clinics
- MDT working with nursing, pharmacy, and substance misuse teams
- Focus on continuity, safeguarding, and quality care
Requirements:
- GMC registered GP with full licence to practise
- Prison clearance mandatory
- Previous experience in secure, community, or out-of-hours care desirable
