Job description

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations safely and accurately.
- Explain procedures clearly and support a positive patient experience.
- Document findings accurately and communicate them to clinical colleagues.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary discussions and care planning.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and appropriate clinical standards.
- Comply with relevant NHS policies and local safety procedures.
