Rehab skills as they need to be able to identify goals and develop onward plans for patients. They must have a UK driving licences and a car as the role requires them to drive across the area and arrive within 2-hour time frame for UCR visit. Ability to provide manual handling assessment and knowledge of equipment is essential. Flexible adaptable and able to manage and prioritise caseload load that change during the day. Full time preferred, part time considered.
