Job description
Join a leading healthcare team as a Clinical Pharmacist, located in the vibrant city of Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy onsite setting, benefitting from close collaboration with the medical team and the convenience of a central location.
About the Position:
- 40 hours per week
- Commencing October
- 3 months contract
- £35ph
- Competency in EPS, Medication Reviews, Docman, QOF work and Audits (ESSENTIAL)
- Deliver safe, effective medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews
- Engage in risk management, clinical audit, and high-risk drug monitoring
- Support service improvement and multidisciplinary working
- Fixed term opportunity with potential for extension
