Duties and responsibilities: As a Cardiology Nurse you will ensure our patients receive the highest levels of care. Youll be employed by HomeCareDirect but will focus solely on supporting this client.This role is to provide personalised complex care for our client in his own home in Norwich. Offering 24hrs a week on 12-hour shifts which will be 08:00 - 20:00, 09:00 - 21:00 or 20:30 08:30.You will work on a flexible rota across all days to ensure continuity of care so you must be available to work across all days.About the Client &amp; Your ResponsibilitiesOur client is a gentleman in his 50's who has diabetes and whose condition of MS has progressed, which both need to be monitored on a regular basis.
